"Spunky" (aka Neil) flies a Navion

Neil, aka Spunky, is a native son of St. Petersburg, Florida.

After two years of Junior College, Neil entered the Naval Aviation cadet program in 1957, and was designated a Naval Aviator in 1958.

Neil flew fighter and attack aircraft until 1966, when he joined Delta Airlines, retiring in 1996.

Neil is the Tiger Flight Resident Artist.
